Who we are

Forward Beauty Network was founded in 2026 by Winona Repp, a hairstylist and educator with more than 16 years in the beauty industry. After working in both a large commission salon and independently, she saw firsthand how easy it can be to feel disconnected in an industry built around people.
Forward Beauty Network was created to change that. Through events, education, networking and celebration, we bring beauty professionals throughout Madison, Wisconsin and the surrounding area together to exchange ideas, build meaningful connections and support one another as we grow.
Our goal is simple: to create the community and resources that help our local beauty industry move forward.
